Journaling to Gratitude will provide you with:

  • Four lessons taught by Dr. Wilbon that will help you channel your grief into gratitude.

  • A “Prayer Never Loses” journal. 

  • Exercises that will prompt you to write your thoughts and feelings about your loss.

  • Strategies to help you experience joy during the holidays while grieving loss.

  • Access to a community of people with similar experiences.
