Journaling to Gratitude will provide you with:

Four lessons taught by Dr. Wilbon that will help you channel your grief into gratitude.

A “Prayer Never Loses” journal.

Exercises that will prompt you to write your thoughts and feelings about your loss.

Strategies to help you experience joy during the holidays while grieving loss.

Access to a community of people with similar experiences.
